Perfectly Round Logo Modification Needed

Project Title: Make my logo perfectly round at 150 cm (trim overflow) + export in multiple formats
What I need:
I have a vector logo that is basically circular, but two elements extend beyond the circle. For a production project I need a perfectly round version at a final diameter of 150 cm (1500 mm). Please trim/crop the two overhanging parts cleanly to the circle while keeping the overall look and proportions intact.
Scope & tasks:
Import my original vector files (AI/SVG/EPS/PDF).
Create a circular artboard/canvas Ø 1500 mm (1:1 scale).
Trim any elements that extend beyond the circle so the logo fits exactly inside the circle.
Center and align precisely; maintain original geometry and stroke weights.
Convert all text to outlines/paths.
Color: keep my brand colors. Provide CMYK (for print) and RGB (for screen) versions.
Background: deliver with transparent background (for vector) and white background for JPG.
Deliverables (all final at Ø 1500 mm):
SVG (vector, text outlined, transparent background)
EPS (vector, text outlined, CMYK)
PDF (print-ready, 1:1 scale; PDF/X if possible)
JPG (high-res, 150–200 dpi at 150 cm, white background)
Technical notes / print readiness:
If a bleed is required, add +5 mm all around and extend artwork accordingly (please ask before adding).
If a cut path is needed (e.g., for acrylic routing), include a separate top layer: 1 pt stroke, no fill, named “CutContour” (spot color).
No rasterization of vector shapes; keep curves clean.
Provide both CMYK (print) and RGB (screen) files as applicable.
What I will provide you:

Info whether bleed or cut path is needed
Acceptance criteria:
