Passionate Romance Book Cover Design
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm looking for a highly experienced and talented book cover designer to create a premium emotional contemporary romance cover.
The design should feature a couple in an intimate embrace, set against a passionate and intense seascape at sunset, with a visible sailing boat integrated naturally into the composition.
Creative Direction
• Emotional, sensual, sophisticated
• Passionate and intense (but not cliché or ordinary)
• Cinematic atmosphere
• Strong color storytelling (sunset tones, contrast, depth)
• The couple must reflect the physical features of the main characters (details will be provided privately)
Target Audience
Female readership (20–55), contemporary romance market.
Please include 3 romance covers from your portfolio that reflect this mood and level of intensity.
Deliverables
English original cover + 5 language adaptations (German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French) for:
• eBook
• Paperback (full wrap)
• Hardcover (full wrap)
• Audiobook (ACX square format)
The book will launch exclusively through Amazon KDP for the first 90 days, then expand to additional distribution channels.
Rights & Licensing
Full commercial rights required.
All stock images must be licensed in my name, with proof of licensing provided.
No AI-generated images accepted.
Timeline
• Concept presentation: within 6 days of agreement
• Final approval: no later than March 25
• Final delivery: March 31
