Pantone Logo to CMYK Conversion

I have a logo that is currently locked into Pantone spot colours and I need it translated cleanly into CMYK so it reproduces accurately in both print and digital environments. The job is straightforward but precision is critical—please maintain the closest visual match possible when you remap the colours.

I will supply the original artwork file (Illustrator AI) along with the exact Pantone references already used. Your task is to:

• Convert every spot colour to its optimal CMYK build while keeping tonal consistency.
• Tweak the file so it remains crisp on-screen and press-ready without extra layers or stray paths.
• Provide the final artwork back in AI, EPS, PDF, and a high-resolution PNG for quick digital use.

A brief colour proof or screen grab showing the before-and-after values will help me approve the result quickly. If you rely on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or a Pantone-licensed plugin, please mention it when you send the file back so I understand the workflow.
