10-Page Premium Presentation Design (Digital + Print) — 210x230mm Magazine Format

I need a designer to create a 10-page presentation in a premium editorial style. It must be delivered as print-ready (210x230mm) and also as a digital PDF.

The design must match my website’s look and feel, and I would like to use the same website fonts (or the closest licensed alternatives if needed).

Content plan:

4 pages: based on screenshots from my website

2 pages: text-only (I will provide the text)

4 pages: I will provide all content (text/images) for you to design

Deliverables: print-ready PDF + digital PDF + editable source file (InDesign/Figma/AI)
