10-Page Brochure Design Needed

I’m looking for a graphic designer who can transform the photos and copy I’ll supply into a polished, 10-page brochure with a modern and sleek aesthetic. I already have a rough page-by-page outline and some reference samples, so you’ll start with clear direction but plenty of creative room to refine the look.

What I’ll provide
• Final text, high-resolution images, and my own layout notes.
• Brand guidelines for logo usage.

What I need from you
• A contemporary layout that feels clean and uncluttered, using typography and white space effectively.
• Thoughtful color and font recommendations that complement the modern style.
• Two initial concepts for the cover and an inside spread so we can align early.
• Up to two revision rounds after each review phase.
• Print-ready files (CMYK PDF with bleeds) plus the editable source file (InDesign or Illustrator).
