16-Page Booklet Layout Adjustments

I already have all copy laid out in both Word and PDF; what I need now is a quick but tidy design pass so the file is truly print-ready. The finished booklet is 16 pages, printed on A3 art paper and folded down to A4, so each spread must be imposed correctly (facing pages, consistent bleeds, safe zones, crop marks).

Here’s the scope:
• Move the existing content into Adobe Illustrator (primary) or Photoshop for any image touch-ups, keeping everything editable.
• Integrate the images and graphics I supply, making sure they sit neatly with text. No extra typography treatments are required beyond the basic styles already there.
• Apply a bold, bright colour palette while keeping the overall feel professional and corporate, especially on the cover.
• Check resolution (300 dpi), colour mode (CMYK), and margins so the printer can run it without adjustments.

Deliverables (within 12 hours of hire):
1. Print-ready PDF imposed for A3 (with bleeds and crop marks).
2. Layered .ai and .psd source files for all pages.
