Package design - Change come text on package - Address and License number

Need someone who has EXPERIENCE in creating wireframes for package design PRINT FILES. We just need to change address and RC number and Flip design around as it has been place incorrectly. It is very import for the alignment to stay the same. Please only offer if you know how to use AI well as has created print files before.
