PNG to Vector Conversion

I have a PNG file that I need redrawn as a true, fully-editable vector. The finished artwork should match the original in colour, proportion, and detail, but be cleanly layered so it scales perfectly without any jagged edges or pixelation.

Please deliver the file back to me in at least one common vector format—SVG, EPS, or AI—so I can open and tweak it later if needed. If you spot any areas where a slight adjustment would improve print or web clarity, let me know before finalising; otherwise, keep the design exactly as shown.

Acceptance criteria: the file opens without warnings in Adobe Illustrator, all shapes remain crisp at 400% zoom, and colours stay consistent with the supplied PNG.
