PNG-to-SVG Icon Conversion

I have a single PNG that must be redrawn as an SVG—no tweaks, no added flair, just a pixel-perfect match. The graphic will feed directly into an app-icon workflow, so the final vector needs to scale crisply from 16 px all the way up to 1024 px.
