PNG Logo to AI Vector

I have a logo saved only as a PNG and I need it rebuilt as a clean, fully-vector Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file for professional printing. The artwork includes text that must remain exactly as it appears now, but it should be converted to editable vector outlines so nothing degrades when the size changes. No other adjustments, colour tweaks, or layout edits are required—just an accurate, print-ready recreation. Once finished, please send back the unlocked AI file (and a PDF preview if convenient) so I can forward it straight to the printer.
