PDF Re-creation & Precision Editing

I have an existing PDF that must be rebuilt from scratch so it remains visually identical, yet incorporates several updates. The job centres on three tasks: replacing and correcting text, adjusting or swapping a handful of images, and copying any embedded graphics so the amended text wraps exactly as in the original layout.

Please mirror every font, colour, margin and page break; the finished pages should look as though nothing but the requested content has changed. When you return the work, I need two files: the new, print-ready PDF and an editable source file (Word, InDesign, or Illustrator—whichever you used). Accuracy is essential, so each page of the recreated file should align pixel-for-pixel with the reference PDF aside from the approved edits.
