I need a clean, professional-looking school transcript form delivered as a ready-to-print PDF. The layout should be straightforward—easy for staff to type or hand-write grades—while still carrying a subtle “Official Document” watermark so anyone receiving the sheet can instantly recognise its authenticity.
Please design the page at standard US Letter size (8.5 × 11 inches). Keep margins printer-friendly, leave generous blank space for the registrar’s signature and seal, and style the watermark lightly enough that it will not obscure text once the form is filled in. I will supply exact wording for section labels after we agree on a draft; for now, use placeholders so I can review spacing and typography.

• An editable source file in the design tool of your choice (InDesign, Illustrator, Word, etc.) so we can update fields later if needed
