Organizational Ecosystem Mind Map Design

I need a clear, visually engaging mind map that captures how every department, function, and key initiative in my organization connects to the wider ecosystem we operate in. The finished piece will serve as a concise reference for presenting our full organizational structure during strategy sessions, so the layout must be intuitive at a glance yet detailed enough to show relationships between teams, partners, and processes.

You’ll start from a short brief and a basic sketch I provide, then refine it into a polished mind-map diagram. Feel free to work in tools you’re comfortable with—MindManager, XMind, Miro, or Adobe Illustrator—as long as the final files remain fully editable.

Deliverables
• Editable source file in the native format of your chosen tool
• High-resolution PDF or PNG suitable for slide decks and printing

Acceptance criteria
• Central node clearly labeled with the organization’s name and mission
• Consistent color coding and iconography to distinguish departments, external partners, and workflows
• All text legible when printed on an A3 sheet or displayed on a 1080p screen
• File handed over with all fonts, icons, and images linked or embedded

Once I approve an initial layout, we’ll have one revision round to fine-tune content and styling before final delivery.
