Online Product Catalogue & Price List

I’m putting together a comprehensive, image-rich catalogue of roughly 300–400 products and, alongside it, a companion price list that covers about 400–500 items. Both assets will be distributed exclusively online, so I need them delivered as polished, ready-to-download PDFs.

The look I’m after is professional and clean—think clear hierarchy, consistent typography, plenty of white space, and product photos that sit neatly with concise descriptions, SKUs and pricing. Each entry in the catalogue must feature an image, short spec or selling point, and basic ordering details. The price-list PDF can follow a slightly tighter grid, but still has to include thumbnail images so buyers can cross-reference quickly.

You’ll handle:
• Laying out all pages in InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or your preferred design software, exporting final files as high-resolution, web-optimised PDFs.
• Integrating product photos (supplied) and ensuring they’re uniformly sized and aligned.
• Applying brand colours, fonts and any style guidelines I provide so the two documents feel cohesive.
• Basic proofreading for consistency in naming, numbering and currency formatting.

On delivery I expect:
1. Final print-quality yet web-friendly PDFs of the catalogue and price list.
2. Editable source files (INDD, AI or equivalent) organised with linked images.
3. A simple style sheet summarising fonts, colour codes and spacing rules for future updates.
