Ongoing NOT One Time Custom Sportswear and Teamwear Designer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are RVLTN (RVLTN) Apparel, a performance-driven custom apparel brand focused on wrestling, combat sports, and team wear. We design and produce singlets, uniforms, warm-ups, fan gear, and lifestyle apparel for teams, clubs, and events across the U.S.
We are looking to bring on a high-level freelance graphic designer for ongoing work, not a one-off project.
This role is ideal for someone who understands clothing design, works fast, and can take direction while still bringing strong creative ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For
We need a designer who:
• Has experience designing apparel, uniforms, or team wear (THIS IS CRITICAL)
• Understands how designs translate from screen → print → garment
• Can work with existing brand guidelines while adding creative edge
• Delivers quick turnaround times (often 24–72 hours)
• Is comfortable making revisions quickly
• Knows Adobe Illustrator inside and out (print-ready vector files required)
• Understands colorways, patterns, layouts, and athletic aesthetics
• Can design for singlets, jerseys, hoodies, tees, warmups, and shorts
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
• Wrestling / combat sports
• Sports uniforms
• Sublimation apparel
Typical Work Includes
• Custom team uniform designs
• Wrestling singlet layouts
• Event apparel graphics
• Lifestyle apparel graphics
• Brand refreshes and variations
• Production-ready print files
We will provide:
• Brand assets & logos
• Design direction or inspiration
• Clear deadlines and feedback
Important Notes
• This is NOT logo-only or web design work
• We move fast — this role is not ideal for slow response times
• Communication and reliability matter just as much as talent
• There is consistent work available for the right person
