One-Page Yearly Summary Redesign

I have a single–page document that recaps our past year, but the copy feels flat and the layout no longer reflects the standard our team expects. I need that page rewritten and visually re-designed so it delivers a polished, professional and formal overview of our achievements to the internal team.
The text must be tightened, ordered logically and supported by concise headings that make it easy for colleagues to scan. Graphical elements—icons, subtle infographics or a clean data call-out—should reinforce the numbers without overwhelming the page. Overall, I’m after a balanced piece that looks executive-ready while remaining brand-consistent.
