One-Page Brochure (Front & Back) – Real Asset Risk-Assessment Services
Budget: $100 – $250 CAD
We are seeking a skilled graphic designer / marketing communications specialist to create a polished, one-page brochure (front and back) that introduces our specialized real-asset risk-assessment services for asset managers and senior decision-makers. The brochure will be printed and available to take from our booth desk in marketing events.
Develop a clean, professional, and persuasive brochure that communicates the value of our services in assessing and mitigating natural hazard risks—including flood, earthquake, wind, tsunami, and wildfire—for real assets and portfolios. The messaging should be formal yet accessible, tailored to asset managers and non-technical decision makers and executives.
Content & Structure
Front Page:
A crisp, visually engaging overview of who we are and what we do.
Emphasis on why our expertise matters—how our assessments reduce exposure and protect asset value.
A sample site-specific risk-assessment visualization or example results (we will provide).
Use of professional graphics, icons, and stock imagery to enhance clarity and visual appeal.
Back Page:
Portfolio-level results overview, showcasing how multiple assets can be assessed together.
Highlight integration capabilities—our data can easily feed into existing tools such as Power BI or SAP for enterprise use.
End with a prominent call-to-action including phone, email, and website contact details
Deliverables
Final print-ready PDF (A4, front & back, trimmed)
Layout, typography, iconography, and stock imagery handled by the designer
We will provide logos, example visuals, and approved text content once the project begins
Timeline & Revisions
Delivery: Within 1 week of project start
Revisions: Up to two rounds to fine-tune layout, messaging hierarchy, and design details
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience creating professional brochures for technical or B2B sectors (engineering, risk, finance, or asset management preferred)
