Nightmare Christmas Gobo Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a custom light-gobo artwork for a series of Halloween-themed parties. The projection will carry the unmistakable Nightmare Before Christmas vibe: the iconic curled hill in silhouette, with Jack Skellington, Sally and, if space allows, a hint of Oogie Boogie worked into the same composition.
The design has to read clearly when cut or etched into a standard single-color metal or glass gobo (Ø 86 mm image, 64 mm projection area). Strong black-and-white contrast is therefore essential; fine lines that could break during laser cutting should be avoided.
Deliverables
• Vector master in AI or EPS, plus a high-res PNG preview
• Separate inverted version in case the gobo manufacturer needs white-on-black
• Simple mock-up on a dark-stage background so I can see how the beam will look
I’ll pass the files straight to my gobo supplier, so please follow the common Rosco/ETC template sizing. Looking forward to seeing your spooky creativity!
