Nationwide Logo Vector Rebuild & Formats

Project Description
I have a detailed logo concept for two related lending brands:
Nationwide Loans
Nationwide Capital
The concept already shows the direction I want, but it needs a professional designer to rebuild, refine, and finalize it as a clean, scalable logo system.
The main visual element is a U.S. map rendered from stars or small dot/star elements, including Alaska and Hawaii, supported by a centered NW monogram. The map should carry most of the visual weight. The NW monogram should complement the map in a clean, creative, professional way without overpowering it.
This is not a logo from scratch. I am looking for a full professional rebuild based on my samples, with clean vector geometry, better spacing, consistent proportions, refined typography, and proper final file delivery.
The final design must be rebuilt as true editable vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator. Please do not auto-trace the sample image or place a PNG inside an Illustrator file. The stars/dots, U.S. map, Alaska, Hawaii, NW monogram, text, and lines must all be editable vector elements.

Please create matching logo systems for both Nationwide Loans and Nationwide Capital, including:
Horizontal / banner format
Stacked format
Standalone U.S. map + NW icon

This line should be small, light, not bold, and should not compete with the main logo wording.

Red / blue / gray patriotic version

White / reverse version
Grayscale version
Color direction will be provided, but the primary version should use the original HomeLend/Nationwide-style blue, a vibrant professional green, and original gray dot accents.
Deliverables

High-resolution PNG exports with transparent backgrounds
High-resolution JPG exports
RGB and CMYK versions where appropriate

Important Requirements
The U.S. map shape must remain consistent across all versions. Alaska and Hawaii must be included and proportionate. The star/dot layout should be clean, balanced, and scalable for both small use, like email signatures, and large use, like signage or print materials.
I would like first proofs soon, but the full project can be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Quality and accuracy are more important than rushing.
