Mylar Packaging Artwork Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I already have the printer-supplied dieline for my Mylar packaging; what I need now are original design elements that fit that layout perfectly. You’ll be starting from a clean slate in terms of graphics, typography, color palette, and overall look—while still respecting the exact cut lines, bleed, and fold marks called out in the dieline.
I can share several reference images and links that capture the vibe I’m after, plus a few notes on colors and motifs I’ve been imagining. While I do have a clear direction in mind, I’m happy to let you bring your own creative flair as long as the end result feels cohesive with the product’s positioning.
Because this is destined for print, accuracy is everything. Please be comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator (preferred) or an equivalent vector package, setting up spot colors, and exporting press-ready PDFs.
Deliverables (all press-ready):
• Layered AI file aligned to the supplied dieline
• CMYK PDF with bleed and trim marks
• Linked/embedded high-resolution imagery and outlined fonts
Once I receive the final files, I’ll run them past the manufacturer for one last fit check—so leaving editable layers intact will help if a minor tweak comes back. Looking forward to seeing how you can turn a blank dieline into eye-catching shelf presence.
