Graphic Designer Needed for 428-Page Multicolor Annual Report / Book Design

**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer / publication designer for designing and formatting a **428-page multicolor Annual Report / Book** for print and digital use.

The work includes complete theme creation, cover design, inside page layout, formatting, charts/tables, and print-ready file preparation.

### Scope of Work

* Theme and cover design
* Design and formatting of 428 multicolor inside pages
* Creating professional page layouts and templates
* Typography and text standardization
* Copy fitting and page arrangement
* Designing tables, charts, graphs, and figures
* Incorporating corrections and revisions
* Proofreading support and alignment checks
* Preparing print-ready PDF files
* Providing searchable PDF and editable source files
* Final files suitable for high-quality commercial printing

### Content & Data

We will provide:

* Word files containing the report content/text
* Excel files containing tables, charts, and data

The freelancer will be responsible for professionally designing and formatting the content into a visually appealing publication.

### Language Versions

There will be **two versions** of the report/book:

* English Version
* Hindi Version

The Hindi version should follow the same visual identity, theme, and layout style as the English version.

### Sample Design Requirement

Before finalizing the project direction, the freelancer must provide:

* 4–5 sample design concepts/themes
* Sample cover designs
* Sample inside page layouts for both English and Hindi versions

After reviewing the samples, we will confirm the final design direction and proceed further with the project.

* Editable source files (Adobe InDesign preferred)
* Fonts and linked assets
* Searchable PDF version
* High-resolution cover and inside pages

### Preferred Skills

* Adobe InDesign
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Photoshop
* Experience in annual reports, magazines, coffee-table books, or government publications
* Strong typography and layout skills
