Monthly IG Post Formatting

Every month I need 14 Instagram designs—an even mix of static and carousel layouts—built around copy that I will supply in advance. The tone we aim for is professional and formal, so the visuals must remain clean, uncluttered and free of gimmicky graphics. Think crisp type hierarchy, balanced white space and a consistent template system that makes the words shine.

Here’s the rhythm:
• I’ll send you the raw text and a reference deck of previous posts at the start of each month.
• You translate that content into 14 ready-to-upload .jpg/.png files (1080×1350 for single images, 1080×1080 sequences for carousels).
• Fonts can be serif or sans-serif as long as they stay consistent across the grid and meet Instagram’s readability standards.
• All files must land in our shared Drive folder no later than the last calendar day of the month so I have time for a quick sign-off. Once approved, payment is released on the 1st.

I’m flexible on the design tool—Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma or similar—as long as the final exports are pixel-perfect and free of compression artifacts.
