I need assistance in modifying an AI-generated logo with specific changes. The logo requires the following updates:

Key Requirements:
- Replace the American flag with the Australian flag.
- Substitute the current head of the person in the logo with the attached image of a person. You can use the face, bust, make any changes, but the person has to be recognisable. Can be pencil drawn for example. Do not simply paste the image in.
- Remove the warp effect on the word "SACKETT."
- Ensure the logo has a transparent background without any overlay.
- Deliver the final logo in PNG and PSD format.
