I already have a complete information memorandum for a property sale, but it now needs to look and read as though it was created this year, not last decade. The source file contains all core data; your task is to re-package it so the document feels modern and minimalist while still communicating every key fact clearly.
What has to change
• Design & layout – clean grids, generous white space, smart typographic hierarchy.
• Graphics & visuals – refreshed colour palette, updated icons, crisp imagery or infographics where numbers tell the story better.
• Content enhancement – tighten the wording, highlight the property’s strongest selling points and insert two new sections: an at-a-glance set of financial projections and a richer, narrative-style property description that goes beyond bullet points.
