Modern Trucker Cap Design & Techpack

I’m launching a line of modern trucker caps and need a creative partner who can take my written brief and turn it into production-ready assets. The first phase is all about nailing a sleek, contemporary aesthetic that still feels true to the trucker silhouette while standing out through unique colour combinations. I already have several Pantone references, but I’m looking for your suggestions to refine and complete the palette—so expect a mix of my swatches and your expertise.

Once we lock the look, the second phase is a comprehensive tech pack that my factory can run with immediately. That document must include exact Pantone codes, logo dimensions, panel measurements, recommended fabrics, mesh weight, special stitching call-outs, closure hardware specs, and any embroidery or print placement notes. Clear, annotated diagrams are essential so nothing gets lost in translation.

Deliverables
• 1–2 concept mock-ups (front, side, back) in vector format for review
• Final artwork files (AI/EPS + print-ready PDF)
• Complete tech pack covering measurements, BOM, colour call-outs, and annotated diagrams

The work is approved once the factory confirms the tech pack is fully plug-and-play, colours match the specified Pantones, and the overall look aligns with the modern vibe described above.
