Modern Text-Icon Logo Design

I need a fresh, unmistakably modern logo that pairs clean typography with a memorable icon. The palette is already set—blue, black, white, gray and a sharp accent of red—so the challenge is to balance those hues into a sleek, professional mark that still has energy.
We have a general design that we would like to use and are looking to really make the design stand out and looking sharp. It should include about a "free estimate" that stands out. This design was made with AI and we want something better.
Here’s what will make the project a success for me:
• Concept phase: at least two distinct modern directions that explore how the icon interacts with the brand name.
• Refinement: revisions on the chosen concept until the proportions, colours and spacing feel spot-on across light and dark backgrounds.
• Final hand-off: editable vector files (AI or SVG), high-resolution PNGs, and a small-scale favicon version, all clearly organised with a simple colour guide.
