Modern Refresh of Existing Logo

I’m looking for a designer to give our current logo a sleek upgrade while preserving the recognizable icon at its heart. The brief is straightforward:

• Retain the original icon or graphic element so our audience still recognizes us.
• Refresh the typography and overall layout with a clean, fintech-inspired feel.
• Work primarily in a blues-and-grays palette, exploring subtle variations that add depth without drifting from our brand colors.

Because this is a focused refresh, one strong concept refined through minor tweaks will be plenty. Final files should include an editable vector (AI or SVG), high-resolution PNG, and a simple usage guide for type and colors.
