Modern Promotional Flyer Finalization

I already have a rough mock-up of a one-page flyer and now need it transformed into a polished, print-ready piece that feels modern and sleek while still being friendly to our local community audience. The goal is purely promotional, so the final design should draw attention quickly, highlight our key offer, and guide readers toward the call-to-action without clutter.

You will use my existing layout as a starting point—tweaking typography, refining the color palette, enhancing imagery, and balancing white space so everything looks purposeful and professional. I’m open to minor layout refinements if they improve readability or visual impact, but the overall structure should stay recognizable to what I’ve provided.

Key deliverables:
• High-resolution print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed)
• Web-friendly JPEG/PNG for social sharing
• Editable source file (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign)
