Modern Pouch Design for Spices
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m refreshing my line of spice masalas and need a clean, contemporary pouch design that instantly communicates flavour and quality on a busy retail shelf. The look should be unmistakably modern—think bold colour blocking, crisp typography and an uncluttered layout—while still letting the product’s Indian roots shine through subtle visual cues or patterns.
Scope
• Create the full front-and-back artwork for a stand-up, food-grade pouch (size and dieline will be supplied).
• Develop a small palette of visual elements that can flex across several SKUs so each variety is recognisable yet part of one family.
• Supply two or three initial concepts; refine the selected route until it’s press-ready.
Deliverables
1. Final print-ready PDF with crop marks and bleed.
2. Layered source files (AI or PSD) with linked fonts.
3. High-resolution 3D mock-ups for online listings.
Acceptance criteria
• CMYK colours within print tolerance, text outlined or fonts provided.
• All mandatory copy and barcodes placed exactly as per the spec sheet.
• Artwork passes a quick readability test at actual size.
I mainly work in Adobe Illustrator, so compatible files are a must. If you have strong experience designing modern food packaging—especially for spices or condiments—I’d love to see a few samples when you bid.
