Modern Monochrome Logo Refresh

I’m looking for fresh eyes to give our existing logo a clean, contemporary facelift. I still love the essence of the current design, especially its overall colour balance, but it’s time to evolve by exploring a strictly neutral palette—think crisp black, white, and versatile greys. Feel free to experiment with updated typography or subtle refinements to the icon, so long as the refreshed mark remains undeniably recognizable as “us.”
What I need from each entry:
• A primary logo in black, white, and grey, plus an inverted version if relevant.
• Scalable vector files (AI or EPS) and high-resolution PNG/JPG.
• A brief note on the fonts used (licensing-friendly or free for commercial use).
• One mock-up showing the new logo on a dark background and one on a light background.
