I’m commissioning a cohesive set of five book covers that marry the elegance of leather-bound volumes with a clean, modern minimalist sensibility. The palette should stay in neutral territory—soft taupes, warm greys, muted creams—so the design feels timeless rather than trendy. To evoke real leather, I want subtle embossed patterns worked into each piece: think a tasteful border, a small emblem, or restrained typographic relief that adds tactile depth without clutter.
You’ll receive the exact trim size (6 × 9 inches), bleed specs, titles, and author name as soon as we start. I’d love your advice on quiet, refined typefaces that play well with the neutral hues and embossed accents. My ideal workflow is an initial concept for one volume; once signed off, we carry the visual language through the remaining four.
