Modern Minimalist Gymwear Tee Designs

I’m developing a new line of lifestyle and gymwear that centres on clean, modern silhouettes with eye-catching pops of colour. The collection will span standard t-shirts and muscle tees, so I need a designer who can handle both the garment concept and the accompanying artwork.

Here’s the creative direction. Each piece should feel minimalist at its core—uncluttered shapes, balanced proportions—but come alive through abstract pattern illustrations applied as screen or DTG prints. Think of a calm, mostly neutral base punctuated by a bright, strategic accent that adds energy without overwhelming the wearer. The graphics must stay abstract (no typography or literal motifs) and should translate smoothly from tech pack to production, so vector accuracy is essential.

I’ll share sizing blocks and fabric specs the moment we start. From you, I’m expecting:
• Flat sketches and spec sheets for the tee and muscle-tee cuts
• Three to five abstract pattern options per style, delivered as layered AI or SVG files ready for colour-separation
• Mock-ups on male and female bodies to illustrate placement and scale

Adobe Illustrator or similar vector software is non-negotiable, and experience preparing print files for screen printing is a big plus. If you’ve taken designs all the way to production before, that’s the proven edge I’m looking for.
