Equip-Ex — Website / Flyer / Marketplace Content Build (Developer + Designer)
Project Overview
We are building Equip-Ex.com — The Equipment Exchange, a professional B2B platform focused on surplus industrial and critical-infrastructure equipment.
This is not a marketing fluff project and not a consumer website.
We are looking for a developer/designer (or small team) who can implement structured, modular, execution-grade content for:
Website pages
Marketplace sections
Capability pages
PDFs / flyers
CMS content blocks
All copy, structure, rules, and branding requirements are already defined and will be provided in a complete developer handoff document.
Your job is implementation, structure, and polish — not strategy.
What You Will Be Building
You will implement a set of public-facing pages/modules based on a provided brief, including:
Core Pages / Sections
Equipment Exchange (primary backbone page)
HVAC Equipment Scrapping
HVAC Equipment Purchase
HVAC Equipment Supply
These pages must:
Share a global header and footer
Be modular and reusable
Be clean, readable, and professional
Work across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Mandatory Header & Footer (Non-Negotiable)
Every page and asset must include:
Header
Equip-Ex logo (provided)
Brand line (exact text):
Equip-Ex.com
The Equipment Exchange
Footer (Exact Contact Info)
Consistency is required across all pages and materials.
Content & Brand Rules (Read Carefully)
This project is public-facing only.
You must follow these rules exactly:
❌ No finance, leverage, or capital mechanics
❌ No exclusivity language
❌ No valuation arbitrage language
❌ No exaggerated marketing claims
❌ No stock photos
Tone must be:
Professional
Industrial
Execution-focused
Audience:
Contractors
Engineers
Facility owners
Operators
Images & Assets
We will provide:
A folder of approved images
Official Equip-Ex logo files
You must:
Use only provided images
Not source stock photography
Not replace images without approval
Maintain original aspect ratios
Avoid heavy filters or effects
If something looks off — flag it, don’t “fix” it creatively.
Technical Expectations
You should be comfortable with:
Modular page design
CMS-friendly structures
Clean typography and spacing
Responsive layouts
Reusable components
Preferred (but not required):
Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS
Figma / Adobe for layout
Ability to export PDF versions of pages
What Success Looks Like
At the end of this project, we should have:
A clean, professional set of pages
Consistent header/footer across all assets
Modular content that can be reused for Power, Data Center, and Balance of Plant later
No need for clarification or rework due to missed instructions
Who This Is NOT For
Please do not apply if you:
Rely on marketing buzzwords
Prefer creative freedom over structure
Need hand-holding or concept development
Have no experience with B2B or industrial clients
How to Apply
When applying, please include:
1–3 examples of structured B2B or industrial work
Your preferred platform (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
Confirmation that you will follow provided copy and rules exactly
A short explanation of how you handle modular builds is a plus.
Project Type
Fixed price or milestone-based (to be discussed)
Potential for ongoing work if execution is strong
