I need a distinctive logo for an upcoming real-estate project and I’m leaning toward a modern, sleek look built around an abstract symbol rather than a literal building or key. The palette should stay in neutral territory—black, white and subtle grays—so the final mark works just as well on illuminated signage as it does on stationery, social media avatars, and the project’s website.
I’m picturing clean geometry, confident line weights and negative-space play that communicates sophistication without feeling cold. Please create the design in vector format (AI or SVG) and provide accompanying PNGs in both light- and dark-background versions. I’ll review concepts, choose one, and then we can refine spacing, typography or secondary lockups if needed before handing off final files.
