Modern Logo Design

I’m launching a new product and need a fresh, modern logo built around the product and overarching business style. The design must feel sleek and contemporary while sitting comfortably beside my existing company logo—please study the attached file and choose colours that complement it.
What I’m looking for
• Style: clean, minimalist, unmistakably modern
• Colour palette: harmonise with the attached business logo; subtle accent tones are welcome if they enhance cohesion
• Versatility: the logo should scale crisply from app favicons to large-format print
• good to play around with capital letters to create a brand
