Modern Homestay Signboard Design

I need a fresh, modern signboard that immediately tells guests they have arrived at the right place. The board must be rectangular and work primarily with cool tones—think tasteful blues, greens, or purples. My homestay’s name should be the clear focal point, supported by a short tagline, our phone number, and the existing logo I’ll supply.

While I’m after simplicity, the layout should feel polished and welcoming. A smart type hierarchy, clean spacing, and balanced use of color will be key. Please keep readability in mind from a distance and leave enough safe margin for mounting or framing hardware.
