Modern Gala Invitation Design

I already have a draft invitation for our upcoming gala dinner and want to elevate it so it feels unmistakably professional, luxurious and modern. The existing layout, fonts and our red-gold palette have to stay, but the overall finish should be sharper and more refined. Please weave in a tasteful stage illustration or our event icon so guests see the celebration theme at first glance. Hand-written scripts are out; keep the typography clean and contemporary so every department head, employee and VIP guest can read it easily.

The card will be printed and also sent digitally via Zalo and email, so I need both high-resolution print files and lightweight web versions.

Deliverables
• Editable source file (AI, PSD or similar)
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed)
• Web-optimised PNG (RGB, 72 dpi)
• Any custom illustration/icon used

Acceptance criteria
• Colours match our red (#…) and gold (#…) exactly
• Current layout proportions remain intact
• Text is perfectly legible at both print and screen sizes
• Final files open without missing links or font issues
