Modern Flyer Template Revamp

I have an existing single-page flyer saved as a PNG that worked for another business of mine, but I now need it re-branded for a self-assessment service. All core elements—headline, body copy, palette and imagery—must shift to a modern, sleek look that matches my current brand.

Here is what I will hand over:
• The original PNG template
• New copy covering service details, key benefits and updated contact information
• Brand colours and two preferred images

What I need back:
• The flyer redesigned with my text, refreshed colours and the supplied imagery seamlessly integrated
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed) plus high-res PNG for online use
• An editable source file (AI, PSD or InDesign) so I can tweak minor items later

Please preserve overall layout balance while giving it that clean, contemporary finish—think crisp typography, ample white space and subtle accent tones rather than anything loud or playful. If you anticipate any resolution issues when swapping images, let me know early so we can adjust.
