Modern Expo Backdrop & Runners
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have an upcoming expo and need a cohesive set of graphics: one large 8 ft × 8 ft backdrop plus two 2 ft × 8 ft runner backdrops of our 2 lines. The overall look should feel modern and sleek, in line with the rest of our booth.
Core content to work into every piece is simple but vital—our company name and logo must be the hero. I’m intentionally leaving out contact details so the layout can breathe and stay visually striking from a distance.
You’ll be working with our logos; I’ll share exact color codes, yet there’s room to introduce subtle variations or accents as long as the final result still reads on-brand.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Print-ready files for each backdrop at full size, CMYK, 300 dpi (AI or layered PSD + high-res PDF for the printer).
• All fonts converted to outlines or packaged.
• A quick mock-up or proof showing how the three pieces align when placed side by side.
Once files are approved, I can send them straight to the print vendor with no extra tweaks, so accuracy on sizing, bleed, and resolution will be the benchmark for sign-off.
