Modern Employee ID Card Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for a sleek, contemporary ID card layout that instantly identifies each staff member and reflects a polished corporate image. The card must feature an employee’s name and photograph, their unique ID number, and, of course, our company name and logo in a balanced, eye-catching arrangement.
I’m completely open to your color ideas, provided the palette remains professional and keeps all text and images readable once printed on standard 86 × 54 mm PVC stock. Please size the artwork with proper bleed and include safe zones so nothing critical gets trimmed.
You’ll receive our logo files and sample headshots as soon as we agree to proceed. In return, I’ll need:
• A print-ready PDF (300 dpi, CMYK, bleed and crop marks)
• The editable source file—AI, PSD, or InDesign—so I can update names and photos later
• Any fonts either outlined or licensed for free commercial use
I’ll review an initial proof, provide any tweaks, and give final sign-off before you package everything. If this sounds clear, let’s get started—the sooner we have a modern, professional ID in every pocket, the better.
