I need a striking, modern front-page design for event brochure of event (https://packnxtevent.com/), plus a reusable template my in-house designer can follow to lay out the remaining pages consistently. The look has to feel fresh, creative and innovative while still guiding attendees quickly to key event details.

The cover should immediately communicate date, venue and theme, while the underlying template must lock in typography, grid, colour palette and style rules so later pages (agenda, speaker bios, sponsor ads) fall into place effortlessly.

To make hand-off smooth, please provide:
• A print-ready front page (Illustrator )
• A master template file with paragraph/character styles, grid, colour swatches and layer organisation
• A short visual guide (one page is fine) showing how to apply the template to subsequent spreads

Keep everything vector-based or high-resolution so we can scale for different formats, and stick to easily licensed Google or Adobe Fonts.
