Modern Club Introduction Poster

Our college club is preparing a member-introduction poster for the new semester. The visual direction is modern and sleek, guided by a muted, neutral colour palette so every headshot and our official club logo stand out without distraction.
What I will provide:
• High-resolution photos of each member
• The club logo
• Names and short titles
Design notes:
Keep the layout clean—think generous white space, a balanced grid (or any contemporary arrangement), and typography that reinforces a fresh, uncluttered feel. Contact information is not required, allowing the composition to focus entirely on the visuals and names.
Deliverables:
• Print-ready file, A3 size, CMYK, 300 dpi
• Web-optimised JPEG/PDF for social sharing
• Fully editable layered source file (AI, PSD, or InDesign)
Colour consistency, tidy layer organisation, and clear readability will form the acceptance criteria. I’ll respond quickly to the first draft and supply immediate feedback so we can wrap up efficiently and proudly display the final poster across campus.
