Modern Brochure & Handbill Design

I’m a residential and commercial builder refreshing my marketing materials and I need a graphic designer who can deliver clean, modern, and minimalistic brochures and handbills that clearly present our company information and services.

Scope
• Two print-ready brochure layouts (bi-fold or tri-fold, depending on what best suits the content).
• One complementary handbill/flyer design formatted for both A5 and social-media square sizes.
• Consistent modern typography, ample white space, and a muted colour palette—no heavy gradients or ornate flourishes.
• Final files supplied as high-resolution PDFs plus editable source files (AI or InDesign).

Process
I’ll provide our logo, rough copy, and reference images of recent projects. You’ll turn that into:
1. Initial concept within five days.
2. Up to two rounds of focused revisions.
3. Final artwork ready for both digital and offset printing.

If this first batch works well, I’d like to continue with you for social media post templates, testimonial video graphics, and on-site photography, so a flexible, long-term mindset is a plus.

Please share a concise portfolio that highlights modern, minimal designs—especially any work for construction, real estate, or other service-based industries. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
