Modern Branded PDF Contracts Design

I’m looking for someone who can take the plain text of my Terms & Conditions and Service Contract and turn them into a set of polished, modern-style PDFs that feel perfectly on-brand. The copy is final; what I need is thoughtful layout, clean typography and subtle graphic touches that match the brand colours I’ll provide. My logo and other assets are ready for you, so you can drop them straight in without hunting for files.

The finished PDFs must be ready for both quick email sending and high-resolution printing, so export settings matter. I’d also like the packaged source files (InDesign or Illustrator are fine) so future revisions stay painless.
