Modern Brand Collateral Design Suite

I’m refreshing all of our customer-facing collateral and need a coherent, modern look that mirrors the colours and typography already on our website and in our logo. The project covers four items:

• Visiting card template – must show name, full contact details, our logo with tagline, and a scannable QR code that saves the contact
• Corporate letterhead – A4 size, aligned to the same visual language
• PowerPoint master – 16:9 ratio with title, content, and closing slide layouts
• Email layout – responsive header and signature that render cleanly in Outlook and Gmail

I’ll share the logo files, HEX/CMYK colour values, and any existing brand fonts as soon as we start. Please keep every element editable and deliver:

– Print-ready PDFs
– Original, layered source files (AI/INDD for stationery, PPTX for slides, and HTML or PSD for the email)
– A brief note on fonts and image licenses used

Acceptance criteria: colours match the supplied codes, text layers stay editable, and each asset prints or displays correctly without loss of quality.
