Modern Black-Gold Logo Design

I am starting with a fresh Logo design and I need it to feel unmistakably Modern while working strictly with a Black and Gold palette. This first deliverable will set the visual tone for everything else we will produce later—brand identity assets, company profile pages, social media graphics, stationery, and print pieces—so it has to be spot-on.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A distinctive mark plus clean wordmark that read well both together and apart
• Fully vector artwork created in Adobe Illustrator, with any mock-ups polished in Photoshop and final layouts packaged through InDesign if needed
• Final files supplied in AI, PDF, SVG, PNG, and JPG, along with a brief usage guideline (clear-space, minimum sizes, color breakdowns)
