Modern Black-Gold Logo Design

I need a fresh, modern logo built around a black-and-gold palette. The finished mark should feel clean and contemporary rather than vintage or overly minimal, and it needs to work just as well on digital screens as it does on printed collateral.

Please create an original concept, refine it through two or three quick rounds of feedback, and supply final files ready for any use: layered source (AI or PSD), high-res PNG with transparent background, and an SVG/ EPS for scaling.
