Minimalist Residential Plot Brochure Design
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I’m ready to commission a clean, modern-minimalistic brochure that presents our new residential plots development with absolute clarity and style. The final piece will be used both digitally and in print, so I need production-ready files (print-ready PDF with bleed, plus an editable source file in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator).
Scope and key points:
• Layout must stay true to a neutral palette—black, white and greys—allowing site photography or renders to stand out naturally.
• Sections to cover:
– Concise project overview with standout features
– Clear pricing grid and flexible payment plans
– Amenities & facilities call-outs, supported by icons or clean infographics
• Balanced mix of typography and white space; no clutter, no heavy ornamentation.
• Include front and back cover concepts, inside spreads, and a simplified one-page version I can share quickly on social media.
• At least two creative directions up front, followed by iterative refinements until the layout, hierarchy, and copy placement feel perfect.
What will impress me: attention to alignment, pixel-perfect margins, and a confident grasp of modern UI/UX sensibilities applied to print media. If you’ve designed real estate brochures before, send a couple of examples so I can gauge fit.
Deliverables: print-ready PDF, press sheet specifications, packaged source files, and web-optimised PDF. Once approved, please hand over all fonts (or note licensed ones) and linked assets.
