Minimalist Real Estate Postcard Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have the copy for a new agent-promotion postcard; what I need now is a clean, minimalist layout that reflects my brand. The card should measure 5 × 8 inches and be press-ready, with proper bleed and safe zones. You can draw visual cues, color palette, and logo usage from my website, which I’ll share as soon as we start.
Please build the artwork in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator so I can keep an editable source file for future updates. Final delivery should include:
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, full bleed)
• The packaged or layered source file
• A small web-optimized JPG for email previews
Everything in the copy must remain intact; the design’s job is to make it breathe—ample white space, modern typography, and one clear call to action.
