Minimalist Real Estate Logo Needed

I need a clean, modern logo for Cole Property Co. that instantly communicates trust and professionalism while carrying our tagline, “your home our priority.” The design direction is deliberately minimalist, sticking to neutral tones—black, white, and gray—and it must feature a clear house or building silhouette worked naturally into the mark.

Versatility is key: the logo should scale flawlessly from website favicon to billboard, render crisply on social channels, signage, stationery, and merchandise, and remain legible in one-color applications.

Please build the artwork as vector (Adobe Illustrator preferred) so we can adjust or enlarge it without loss. Full transfer of ownership is required upon completion.
